Trading and technical risks
Preliminary version. Data collection, exchange connections, trading and payments require separate legal readiness reviews. Filled provider details and this page alone do not establish readiness.
Arbitrage does not guarantee profit. Review these limitations before granting trading permission.
1. Prices, liquidity and leverage
Prices can change before execution. Fees, funding, slippage, lot sizes, price increments and limited liquidity affect results. PnL and expected returns are estimates. Leveraged futures can be liquidated; positions on two exchanges do not remove that risk.
2. Independent legs
One leg can fill while the other fails. An IOC limit order bounds the price but does not guarantee full execution. Automatic neutralization of a residual position is not promised. Protective orders are limited to supported exchange modes and can be rejected.
3. Availability and data
Exchanges, internet access, the server PC and public tunnel can fail. Books, charts and balances can be stale; history can have gaps. Not all markets are preloaded at once. Notifications can be delayed or fail. Check timestamps. Reconcile an unknown order outcome on the exchange before attempting another order.
4. Before trading
Verify permissions, position and margin mode, available funds and order settings. Software tests and successful balance reads do not prove live execution on your account. Public demos are recordings. Never grant external withdrawal permission or send credentials to support.
